What a mess. After standing in line, I'm told I have to pay through TACS. I call TACS and am told Danville had adjusted what I owe, and instead of $150, I owed $23. Paid that, waited for the hold to be released -- and was told by DMV Danville still had a hold placed. Called them and was told I still owed something, but they couldn't tell me how much over the phone. I called cause people told me to get my cat registered with papers, me being confused called just to ask how to. Whoever I spoke to was completely inpatient and rude. How are you acting like that working here..
