We had an exceptional experience at Dante Zeller Tuxedo By Sarno in Metuchen! The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. They helped coordinate the formalwear for our party seamlessly, and the quality of the suits is excellent. They truly go above and beyond to ensure the fit is absolutely perfect before you leave the shop. If you want great customer service and stress-free event prep, this is the place to go!
The owner was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I simply asked if my son could try on a jacket to get an idea of the style, and the response I received was, “I don’t have 60,000 jackets for kids to try on.” Instead of offering assistance or even basic customer service, the owner waved his hands dismissively and made it clear we were unwelcome. We immediately walked out. Completely unacceptable behavior and a terrible customer experience. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
Used this company for tuxedos for my wedding! My husbands and our groomsmen had a great experience! The fittings went super smooth. Everyone was so friendly! Highly recommend!
