I needed to mount my plasma tv to my living room wall. I didn't notice a lot of reviews but after speaking with Dan, I felt he was very qualified and had a good knowledge of what it would take. He was quite meticulous in his approach,, measure twice , cut once, and he made sure the mount was level, centered and in perfect position to center the mount. Dan was scheduled to do a repair in connection with the Samsung top loading washer recall. He was indescribably rude and condescending every time I spoke to hime. He belittled me for having to change my appointment time, ranted at me at how "inconsoderate" the people receiving the Samsung recall repair were, and was so disorganized that he actually called to scold me for missing an appointment that I had rescheduled with him earlier that day.
