Our whole experience from start to finish was smooth and pleasant. We were in need of a new outdoor patio set. A friend suggested we check out Dans and we are so glad we did. Our sales person (Tina, I believe) was super helpful and patient with us. She answered all our questions and was never pushy. Our furniture arrived after about 2 months. My husband and I went into Dan's Porch and Patio to start our search for two pollywood rockers and were immediately greeted by Tina who made us feel welcomed and who encouraged us in our search. Tina was delightful and represented Dan's Porch & Patio very well. What started as the beginning of a "search" became a sale because of Tina's positive demeanor, helpful nature and friendly disposition.
