Ryland and the team did a wonderful job coaching me through the install. I bought the solara outdoor fan. It works fantastic!
We shopped at several stores for fans, and finally settled on purchasing from Dan’s Fan City. They had what we needed for our entire home, both inside and out. The fans were easy to install ourselves. When we bought, they gave us extra tips that weren’t in the instructions that made it even easier. When we’ve had a question after purchase and called the store, they were very helpful.
It was Paul Rizzo that helped me select the right fan for each room. He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I had circumstances that made the installation scheduling more difficult and all was resolved without a problem. Russ the master electrician that installed the fans was top-notch and was so good he could install these fans in his sleep. All told, a great experience.
Excellent customer service. Ryland was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us with our purchases.
