Great service and selection! We appreciate Ryland's attention and assistance in selecting fans. He is very knowledgeable and convincing as a salesman, as well as respectful of the customer's wishes. We bought two fans, one he recommended, the other was my idea. I especially like the many options available beyond "which fan": you can also get different blades, different light kits, etc.
We have purchased around 10 fans from them over the years, and we continue to come back because of the exceptional quality and service. The team is always incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure we find the right product. Every fan we’ve purchased has been reliable, and we appreciate that they truly stand behind what they sell. Their customer service is outstanding, and it’s clear they care about their customers. We highly recommend them and will continue to be loyal customers!
Excellent customer service, excellent products. We have replaced 5 fans (only 2 more to go!), in our house and love everyone. They ask questions to understand what we wanted and educated us on things like blade angles, optimal distance from the ceiling to the fan, fan blade size, etc. Happy customer. :-)
