DCG stores & customer service rep Alanna do not come unscathed from this interaction DCG stores plainly shipping a defective/wrong part (holes in the futon frame planks at wrong distance to fit make and female) with this Alanna giving a hard time to customers requesting after all for her to fix a problem they created, not even an abstract “I do not like it, take it back” When finally she managed to open pics (task not made easy by Amazon) no apologies presented, barely a FedEx tracking number of the parts being shipped. NEVER ORDER this companies products. If you have a defect or problem with the product, you MUST PAY your own shipping back. I oreldered a futon and mattress separately. The batting inside the mattress was giving off a toxic choking chemical. Had it for 6 weeks. Got worse as time went on. They told me it was a new smell and said it would go away but it didn't. NOT EVEN CLOSE. Was told to ship it back for approved return. SHIP AT MY OWN COSTS. $125.00

Horrible experience. Please do not shop here. I wish I would have seen their low rating prior to making my purchase. I purchased a dining set from them on August 8, 2021 and when I received it the table was badly damaged and not in usable condition. I immediately notified DCG Stores of the damage. I was told that they could not replace the table but since the table was damaged, they would refund the table portion of the purchase price.
