Most worst company ever. never fulfill the commitments. never response. never deliver any item on time. After-sale service is the worst. Never follow and take responsibility for any warranty. #rd class material and service. No management. Everything for in the company's favour. no refund no exchange, no deliver on time. The final word is please avoid dealing with this company even for free stuff. Hope and wish company will default or close soon.
I don't recommend it. This furniture store is delivering poor quality furniture. No good customer service. They are so nice until you deal with them, place your order and pay the advance amount. That is end of the story. Then they dont pick up the phone calls. They don't deliver on time. In my case they promised me delivering the furniture in 2 weeks and it took 6 weeks. I was calling them to ask the status they were not picking up. And finally my furniture come very poor quality.
Service is terrible bad
there are many impressions, scammers show one thing in the pictures, say the price is low, and the second one arrives, delivery is not at 8-9 in the evening but at 1 in the morning
UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO LOSE, DO NOT SHOP HERE!! We ordered a grey sofa set Jan 2, 2023, and put down a $500 deposit. (They tell you paying cash is better as they only charge 8% tax) which is very wrong as there should be 0 tax on a cash purchase. They also encourage cash as there is no paper trail of your payments. We attempted to get our deposit back as we changed our mind, but they stated DEPOSITS ARE FINAL SALE and tried to get us to buy something that was worth $500.
