I absolutely love this gym! The staff are always friendly and willing to go above and beyond. Facilities are great too. Highly recommend.
Love this Centre! The fact its so appropriate for people in recovery after surgery is a massive bonus, the two pool lanes (shallow) dedicated to pool walking is the first I've ever seen and the best!!! The sauna is a great addition after a workout, haven't tried ice bath yet (hmm no). The Gym is fantastic and love the TechnoGym machines, log in and record your workout! So convenient. My only wish - pool stayed open all day! Big shout out to all the staff
Have been using the pool and hydrotherapy areas for the past 6 months as part of my recovery program. Have nothing but praise and gratitude for the staff and the assistance they provide as well as their consistant smiles. A supportive environment. The facility availability times are up to date on the website, and their newsletter keeps you updated on events that might disrupt facility access. Sure you might need to keep an eye out for school or recovery programs but core times seem to be protected to give everyone a fair go.... read more
