If your appointment is on the weekend, they load fast. The only issues are they only use 1 door to load and this place is located near a downtown area and it tight getting there and it's tight driving through the facility because they have trailers scattered everywhere. But it easy to park at the dock door
I had a delivery; I arrived at 6 PM, was assigned a dock right away, and was unloaded within an hour.
I-30 east exit 13B No truck sign 13'3" But I use left lane is good.
