All trucks driver avoid this place if you could. Not worth it. Taking too long to load. This is my first time and that will not be again next time. I think I’m gonna cancel the load after I have been waiting, they gonna load heavy and they told me light load, they are lying. For get it I’m out the here.

My appt was 1400. Arrived and was checked in at 1330. Got a door at 1600 and its now 2042 and they still haven't even started loading me yet. Getting detention but what is going on in there. Im the only truck in a door and there are other trucks waiting for thw only other door and its been open since 1730. This place is a joke
I spent more than 40 minutes at the gate waiting for them to open the door, but don't suffer like I did, the code is 1300#
I’m not sure who bright idea it was to have one loading dock, it’s ridiculous it takes 2hrs for each truck, yall should’ve had two loading docks instead of one!!! Drivers come now more than 30 minutes early for your appointment because u will sit here an wait anywhere from 4 to 9 hrs
