Awesome shop...Been doing business with them for a few years. Nice website, great products, nice and helpful employees, and always fair pricing. Anytime we experience issues(very rare), they ALWAYS take care of us and remedy any issues. Thanks KMT, we sincerely appreciate you all.
Customer service is going downhill quick. I placed an order last month, never shipped, I asked them to cancel the order several times. I placed a small order this week, they sent my order from last month that never shipped! Customer service was rude and short about that, and looking into my current order. They are the only place I have found with a certain 0nic product, I hope other places pick this up so I dont have to order from them anymore. Terrible.
I made an order on 30/Aug and I didn't receive the order, so I called them, and they said I don't recommend this to 13sep.
