We have purchased a number of items from Danish Red over the years and, up until now, had always received good service from one staff member in particular. However, my recent experience with Ole, the owner has completely changed my perspective. ***Update*** I wanted to update this initial below review from last year. After this review Ole finally came out and fixed the squeaky joint in our lovely chair. It has now been almost a year and we still love the chairs, which remain squeak-free and great to use. **** I wish I could write a different review.
