My wife and I have an “eclectic” but basically modern-style living room. Seating consists of a 9-foot couch, a loveseat, and an easy chair. The chair was old and in bad need of replacement. After some Internet research, the first place we went was Danish Inspirations on Fondren in Houston. It’s also the last place we went. Their selection of modern-style easy chairs is huge. Worst Customer Service – I wanted to give a 4-star review but changed my mind based on customer service. We bought a bed, linen chest and TV console for close to $3000 about 5 years ago. While moving, we disassembled the furniture that caused some of the plastic hardware to damage. I went back to their store to get replacement parts and they sent me to their warehouse. Mind you, the furniture is not cheap and I didn't buy it at the warehouse. The guys at the warehouse just don't want to talk to you. They told me rudely that ... read more
Delicious Danish (Inspirations) Sale – I love the sales at the Briarpark location. The offerings are wonderful--one must go with an open mind, as there may not be exactly what you wanted, however, if you're flexible--their sales are not to be missed.
