Ordered several dining chairs through Danish Design Store. Rachael assisted me with my purchase and addressed every single concern I had about buying fine furniture online, without seeing the item in situ...plus having the furniture shipped from overseas. My order arrived more than six weeks early. I was thrilled that the chairs arrived in pristine condition, and their quality is top notch and beautiful. Would definitely recommend this store, and Rachel.
I emailed DDS late Sunday evening and received an email back early the next day with a follow-up call within an hour of my request. Sam B was the customer service agent who was friendly and informative and responsive! I received excellent service and am looking forward to receiving the kitchen counter chairs we ordered.
