Danis and Danis in Arundel Maine has been doing my taxes for years and were supposed to be continuing to do them. Taxes were not done this year and finding out that past years are incomplete. Manon and Derek, nor anyone listed in their office have returned my calls, texts, and emails for the last 2 months. I called the NH office and left a message at every extension possible 2 months ago and again this past month. No communication has been given to me as to why they do not respond.
I just got off the phone with Monen (hope I spelt that right, sorry!) from Danis & Danis and I can't begin to express my gratitude for her time, patience and most of all kindness. I have been on the phone all morning trying to contact someone who could help us and most of the front desk/secretary who answered the phones with other companies rushed me off the phone or were very rude.
