Danilson Law was recommended to us as a good option to assist with the sale of our condo since we were not using a realtor. Our closing date was undetermined at the time when we contacted their office. Sara was great at explaining the process and what needed to be done until the closing date was set. Which ended up being several months later. We appreciated their patience, and making the sale/closing process (for both seller and buyer) so simple. Thank you!
