One of the only higher end restaurants in Fuquay-Varina, a group of us had a business dinner meeting there. I had the wedge salad that I has to say was REALLY good - best I have ever had. The pizza I ordered which was with the gluten free crust was not the best gluten free pizza I have ever had and the toppings where also nothing to write home about. Ordered the garden pizza and added sausage. The garlic was out of balance and strong, so that no other flavors could be detected, even from the sausage. Garlic should enhance, not overwhelm. What I want to taste is oregano and basil from the sauce and the sausage should have an herb flavor also. The presentation was good with the spinach looking good, but the sausage looked pale and fine textured instead of a coarse Chicago style sausage. My plate of cheese ravioli very insipid, but the bread was good. The waiter was attentive, a plus after a long day. And visually the corks displayed in the tables were intriguing.
One of the best upscale restaurants in Fuquay-Varina. We have had exceptional customer service and the food is consistently excellent. We usually go there to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries. The deserts are wonderfully delicious.#ReviewLocal
