Daniel is the absolute best when it comes to repair and service of gas fired inserts. He was quick to respond and to professionally repair our gas insert. We are greatful to him especially during this recent cold spell.
I left a VM on Daniel’s office line yesterday afternoon with an urgent service request on 2 stoves. Daniel immediately replied and showed up the next morning. He was able to make onsite repairs on one pellet stove and brought the other to his shop to repair. He was even kind enough to offer to loan me a stove while he repaired my broken one in his shop.
Performance chimney inspection quickly and was very friendly, professional.
Tried several times but they don't have regular hours. So we ended up going elsewhere.
Daniel got our 30 year old Austrian pellet stove up and running as good as new. I really enjoyed working with Daniel and would highly recommend him.
