We have enjoyed shopping at Daniels’ Homeport since we built our beach home. We are never disappointed with the service or the quality of the items in the store. It is always our first—and usually last—stop. I love their selection, and they are so knowledgeable about their products. I highly recommend them!
I believe I walked past two sales people that never asked if they could help me. But once I went into the outdoor furniture area a very nice gentleman offered assistance. They delivered within 2 days. Delivery drivers were nice and on time
A wonderful location to shop for your wanted furniture. They have a wide variety of beautiful and high quality furniture and decor. The staff is helpful in person and is always available by phone as well. Delivery was prompt as well. I'll definitely shop here again.
I have worked with the Homeport team on both of my homes. Great customer service from the initial sale through the installation. Very professional, friendly and easy to work with. They even repaired an electric shade mechanism that was over 2 years old. You don't get that level of service from the big box stores. I highly recommend them.
I don't like to make negative reviews, but our experience at Daniels' Homeport warrants one. About 10 days ago my husband and I purchased twin bedspreads/comforters for our KDH condo from Daniels' Homeport. When we took them out of the plastic bags and draped them over the twin beds, we realized that they did not fit well with the room's decor. So we attempted to return them.
