Bad bad bad customer service

The poor rating is due to the customer service with regards to the woman who is part owner and not in regards to the quality or timeliness of service. My mother and I stopped by with 2 of 3 sofa cushions that needed repair. We spoke to Daniel the owner and he was very pleasant. He gave us a quote for all 3 of our cushions that was affordable so we decided to leave one and bring the other 2 when we picked up the first. They did a great job on restoring my couch cushion and my 2 dresser drawers. I highly recommend them. But I think it's better to bring the items to them to show them the issues instead of calling over the phone. There will be better clarity if they see the items that needs to be repaired in my opinion. Also, the pricing is good. I called another place and they wanted to charge me $225 just to fix a cushion. Daniel's charged $60.
