I called in the morning and managed to book an appointment in for that afternoon. Bobby went into detail about my ring resizing/polishing and what it would entail. Took an hour and was ready to pick up my ring looks brand new. Wonderful service and I can’t wait to wear my band on my wedding day.
I recently got engaged in Fiji and my ring needed to be resized. I emailed Daniella Jewellers to see if they could squeeze me for a Saturday appointment the day I landed home as I was so excited to wear it. They got back to me so quickly and were able to have me in. The appointment was so seamless and Bobby made us feel so looked after. My fiancée and I brought in an heirloom engagement ring to be resized significantly. Daniella and Bobby walked us through the entire process starting from sizing the ring to explaining the work that would need to be done. The same day service took less than two hours and my ring fits perfectly, the engravings from previous generations are clearer than when we brought in the ring and the service we were provided was friendly and full of care. I’m extremely pleased with the final outcome.
