Une très mauvaise expérience avec une notaire qui s’est révélée, dès le départ, non disponible, difficile à joindre et peu réactive tout au long du mandat. La rédaction d’un acte de transfert hypothécaire a pris plus de trois mois, un délai totalement inacceptable dans ce type de procédure. Les documents transmis comportaient beaucoup d’erreurs de calcul, démontrant un manque flagrant de rigueur et de professionnalisme.
