I overpaid Daniel to help file my returns for agreed upon years. He was incredibly negligent at the time and was awful at responding. Fast forward today and I am getting notice from the IRS he did not file the tax return for the year we agreed on. I even sent a list of emails and calls and he told me it was mailed out.... From my experience for something as important as taxes you need a professional and Daniel is not it.
