I overpaid Daniel to help file my returns for agreed upon years. He was incredibly negligent at the time and was awful at responding. Fast forward today and I am getting notice from the IRS he did not file the tax return for the year we agreed on. I even sent a list of emails and calls and he told me it was mailed out.... From my experience for something as important as taxes you need a professional and Daniel is not it.

Horrible service, after they take your money you can't reach their office anymore. Tried to cancel service and receive a refund as per our agreement and was massively overbilled, with line items that were never agreed to. 0/0 would not recommend. Preys on people In tough situations, doesn't give helpful advice, drags out the process to take your money and gives nothing in return. Opening a complaint with the NY Bar association.
