Do not use this man! I wish I could give Digby zero stars. Long story short, due to his inability to execute his job properly I lost half my house. I LOST HALF MY HOUSE!!! His job was to protect my home, instead he gave half of it away because he made a clerical error. Now it's his word against mine and there's nothing, other than a bad review, that I can do about it. This man's license needs to be reviewed. I will be filing a a complaint with the Bar Association.

We Hired him to assist with HOA issues he, was rude to one of the community members raised his voice at her, slammed the door in her face for coming by after not hearing from him about a deadline he previously said he could take care of. I suggest looking for someone more understanding and willing to provide you empathy

Daniel has. Been more the helpful in walking us through the process bring first time that either of us have had to deal with lawsuits, suing even went so far as to step outside his field 2 take them our case which we can never repay or thank him enough.
