I saw Daniel Ryan hypnotherapist at his new location on Richardson St. in Williamsburg. My first time trying hypnotherapy. I went for habit reduction specifically with goals to 1) reduce how much I think about alcohol 2) how much I consume on a weekly basis. My sessions with Daniel Ryan have been incredible. He is very skillful and made me feel very comfortable in processing through some tough issues. He offers a range of meditation, hypnotherapy, and regression techniques so behavior change and perspective shift is inevitable.
