I was arrested and charged an OWI by an over-eager officer last year. The case that the state tried to initially present was that I was driving intoxicated on a perscribed amphetamine, and even with that in mind, Dan was ready to fight it with me. Much to the prosecutor's chagrin, 2 state-submitted toxicologies showed that said amphetamine was not in my system (one test pores through some 86 substances, if memory serves).
