Like pulling teeth trying to get any information or basic questions answered. Clear no care factor depending on how much they can bill out
Terrible unprofessional service, next to no communication or relative advice given. Claim was scribbled out with blue pen and submitted. Resulted (unsurprisingly) in a poor outcome, which is in the process of being amended. Atleast you got paid Joanne.
I had a frustrating matter pertaining to a traffic accident (at fault party refused to respond to contact), but once Sinan took over the communications - everything changed. Other party accepted liability and ultimately Sinan negotiated a fair settlement with the insurer. His fees charged were very fair for services tendered and his responsiveness and communications were first rate and I would not hesitate to recommend.
