Very disappointing experience I would not recommend this law firm. The staff were unprofessional and often rude when I tried to get updates about my case. It took far too long for them to send my settlement money, and communication throughout the process was poor. I expected better organization and courtesy from a professional office. If you value responsiveness and respect, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.
One thing I can say is my lady never lets too much time go by without checking on me. And if I have a question at any time, she’s always there. Thank you, Ms. TR
