Dan Finwall has done thousands of bankruptcies and it is a shame that one or two people write bad reviews. He is one of the most respected bankruptcy lawyers in Michigan. I have referred friends and family there and he has always done a great job. Not only bankruptcy but criminal and family law also. He fights for his clients and is a no nonsense kinda guy. I will continue referring clients to him and am so glad he is a great Michigan lawyer.
He is a dishonest man that is very disorganized and will lose your papers. He is never wrong....you really need to do your investigation before choosing this man. Serious! I was in a desperate situation and he took advantage of that. He will always want the first and last word and make you think you are the one interrupting . Not true! A big let down :(
I was disrespected by him when I paid him a visit to get clarification on my case and this man wouldn't let me even get a word in and threw my money at me!!!
