My experience with Daniel J. Fernandez's law firm was unacceptable to say the least. Austin Crocker and his associates have no morals and their practice appears to be unethical. Austin speaks to his clients as they are obtuse and uses belittling language. At first, when I would speak to Austin about my case, he said its being worked on and would get into contact with me when there was an update. DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY! Majority of these reviews are fake. He also does not always represent his clients to the best of his abilities. He lied and convinced my fiancé to take a plea and said that he would be going home, only for him to end up getting 21 months. He had obtained medical records and other pertinent information for court, which we were told would be used if things were’t going in their favor, but he didn’t even bother bringing them up or using them. My son n law needed a attorney..i talked to daniel on the phone ..He immediately gave me advice ..i chose to hire him ...he is very quick to answer calls and any questions.you may have...very nice .Everything .he has sd he would do .he has ..keeps you up to date ..calls n answers calls anytime of day or night .....i would highly recommend him.and his law office..

I have used Danny Fernandez to represent my son a few times over the last few years. He did an absolutley amazing job each time he represented him. He definitely has the clients best interest at heart and works very hard to get the best possible outcome. We could not have asked for better representation!
