For the past several years I've employed Daniel's services for tax preparation. Every year we have to send multiple emails before a reply is received. This year we reached out 6 weeks ago and never heard anything back. We are now past the filing deadline with no idea of our status. Extremely unprofessional and disorganised, not ideal qualities one would want from their tax accountant.
Referred to these guys, called, Receptionist speaks to the managing agent, advises me Not interested. Perplexed i ask, not interested in helping me? Bizarre, advised we are just not interested hmmm.... then hung up! Maybe great at the what they do, but not the basics!!!!
