DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! So incompetent, unprofessional and like to blame their mistakes on their fake secretary. They tell you one time but then come at another time and then leave. They like to cancel the rides last minute. They don’t tell you pick up address. It’s crazy how horrible this company is!!!!
This will be my last time booking or traveling with this company. They’re unprofessional and rude. On THREE different occasions I called to book & reserve seats for either 6am or 8am the following morning and all 3 times my seats were taken when the driver arrived…
If I could give him a zero I would’ve they so freaking horrible. Is 10:56 at night My daughter travel all the way from Brooklyn when she gets there they say they’re two minutes away. Don’t even call her to to let her know that they there and then leave her there freaking horrible people. and the owner is even worse, never in my life
