I love scouting but this council pushes us to the limit on patience. When council personnel can have automated emails that effectively state "I'll get back to you later ... Like in 5 business days and takes 3 weeks to set up an appointment for a simple signature... And then the same process (3 more weeks) to get the signature again. Ugh. Scouting is great but the council office and programs meave much to be desired. Piedmont council has some great program.
Great council, glad they have their building. Seems as though they are starting to get crowed out with all the development on the Westend Clingman neighborhood
Extremely frustrating to drive 40 minutes and then be closed on Wednesdays. Please change your hours online.
