Posting this on behalf of a friend. She chose Dan’s office based on her realtor’s recommendation to complete the paperwork for purchasing a house in Delta. However, during the signing appointment, Dan’s demeanor was condescending — as if he were her boss and she was there to work for him. She left feeling like he was doing her a favour rather than providing a professional service. His attitude came across more like that of a traditional bureaucrat who sees himself as the ultimate authority on home purchases in the city.
Daniel is top notch. He’s thorough and curious. Run… don’t walk… to this notary.
Had the pleasure of being introduced to this firm via a previous client. We were dealing with a very complicated file with a tight timeline for closing and Daniel took the effort to ensure everything was done before the deadline, and the client was taken care of. He is fair with his fees, and ensures the deal is in the clients best interest as a priority. Would definitely recommend more clients to his firm, especially anywhere in Delta, BC.
