Mr. Bates has been acting as a Parenting Time Coordinator for my ex-husband and I since June 2014. Mr. Bates conned (for lack of a better word) me into agreeing to something that I was not comfortable with by misleading me into believing that I would be able to make changes later. He has allowed my ex-husband to continue his abusive and manipulative behavior and has also had side conversations with my ex husband and his lawyer (also very unethical). The entire experience has been horrific.
