I've been using the Daniel Alan Tax Srvc. for several years. My relationship is "remote" in that I submit all my tax documents electronically via a secure vault and they do the rest. I find their response time to be reasonable and pricing to be commensurate with the complexity of the filing; my situation as a retiree makes the filing reasonably simple and the cost well under $200 - and I can sleep at night.
