Purchased a queen size light grey flannel sheet set ($179.95) and wanted to exchange it for a beige one within the time allowed. Apparently, I couldn’t exchange it, I had to return it and was charged $199.95. At which time I was told they made a price change the day before. I have bought sheets, duvets, mattress and pillow cases protectors. I am a very disappointed customer and will think twice about future purchases.
Its always a great place to go to.
I was happy with the service I received. The customer service agent was veery helpful, and encouraged me to try out the pillow before buying it, which was good as I would have bought one less appropriate.
Super lovely lady working when I was in this morning who was super helpful and found me everything I needed. Knew her product really well!
The shopkeeper was attentive and helped me find what I wanted. The store is Canadian owned and I was able to buy product made in Canada.
