Well, I just really like Danish Modern design, so of course I will give this place a high rating. The sales people are very warm and welcoming without hovering or being pushy. They have a range of attractive, well made products to fit most budgets. The new pieces here fit in very well with the mid-century modern antiques that I've furnished my home with. Yep, recommend.
We had an excellent experience with Adaline at Dania Furniture Spokane. We are long time customers of Dania and this time we made an online purchase. We had an issue with one of the lamps and Adaline went the extra mile to take care of our issue. Dania, give Adaline a raise!!! She was excellent at customer service! Well done.
Sold us a worthless warranty for hundreds of dollars so that when our furniture started to show signs of wear and tear, the warranty was already null and void so it was a worthless sheet of paper. The furniture is not lasting like they promised for the quality and price we paid. No different from any other furniture store in town, could have saved a lot of money and got better furniture.
