Terrible post sales service. Bought a couch and after less than a month the stuffing started breaking free. Took forever to get them to send someone out but the issue came back. Had to threaten legal action to get them to replace the couch. A year later another issue and more terrible customer support. I had to get the corporate office involved several times and they were very responsive. Wouldn't you know it, each time I contacted corporate the local store would call me back w/in minutes. If I could give zero stars, I would. Dania Furniture has been one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish, the service was an absolute disaster. They overpromise, underdeliver, and when things go wrong (and they will go wrong), you’re left on your own. My order was delayed multiple times without any real explanation or apology. I would not recommend buying anything as-is at this store. I bought an as-is Scandinavian designs dresser (for around a $1000) and it had some damage and I looked over it and was fine with it. When I took it home, I realized it also did not have the center support leg, which the dresser absolutely needs cause it is so heavy and long, and the store basically said I'm on my own cause it's an as-is piece.

They have good furniture and quality stuff. They lack the sense of helping the customer and making sure that customer will be a word of mouth advertisement for them.
