They have good furniture and quality stuff. They lack the sense of helping the customer and making sure that customer will be a word of mouth advertisement for them.
A good outlet and a helping staff
Great service. We bought a bed from them and the service was excellent. I've bought from them in the past and the furniture has been of high quality (8+ years and is holding up just like new). The bed also feels high quality since I assembled it myself. My only wish is that they extended their price match policy. What I bought from them had an offer after 19 days (currently at 14 days) and I wish I would have bought the furniture a week after to save on additional $300. Either way, highly recommend Dania.
Customer Service at this store is pathetic. They work on commission model and the moment they realize you bought something online from Dania’s website, they will ignore you like cold turkey and ask you to wait for everything from pickup to return.
Great selection of furniture, great customer service. We are very happy with our dining room table purchase. Ed was amazing!
