I do not write reviews unless I’m extremely satisfied or in this case, dissatisfied. After weeks of contacting and trying to line up trucks with their dispatch and them making false promises and putting me in a bind that resulted in unhappy customers, I’ve resulted to leaving a poor review in hopes that other contractors do not have to deal with this company. (They also will forget who you are and call you the wrong name after multiple conversations)

One of their trucks loads was not sealed and something fell out and ruined my windshield. Dispatch said it could’ve been debris off the road and that they wouldn’t cover the damage their company was almost 100% likely to be liable for.

I was driving behind a semi and rocks flew out and cracked my windshield in multiple spots. I called the manager office and they were rude and told me to have my insurance fix it. They told me the trucks were carrying only salt. The trucks were full of mud and filthy I couldn’t even read the license plate. Please watch out for these trucks they do not care about others on the road.
