I used to love this place but I unfortunately cannot support you all anymore. I was in the store, talking on the phone about a pertinent personal issue while actively trying to buy a gift. Someone then said to me "ugh, I don't want to hear your conversation" and the woman behind the register said "yeah, it's really rude." I was not being loud, and would have stepped out if I was asked nicely, but I unfortunately was immediately met with hostility.
