I had a great experience at Dang Tax and Accounting. I needed some help to review my amended tax return. Michael at Dang Tax and Accounting quickly found an error in my return. He was generous enough to offer the visit at no cost since the visit only lasted about 10 minutes, which to me exemplifies amazing customer service.
I first did my taxes through Dang Tax in two years ago when the office was in Kent. It was a professional, efficient, and affordable experience. Since then, their business model has changed and I would no longer recommend their services. I made an appointment, but they evidently over-book. I walked in to a waiting room full of 15 plus people and I could not get an estimation of how long I’d be waiting. Also, when checking in, they asked me to write my social security number on a piece of paper and the receptionist entered th... read more
