Amazing experience both at the downtown store and the flagship store. I was looking for new bird ornaments for my wife and the store manager found just what I was looking for and even helped me get it engraved at the Factory Store. She was so helpful and thoughtful to have mentioned the engraving promo. At the factory store, the owner personally engraved a beautiful message on the back of my owl ornament—the gift quickly became a treasure. The product is quality and the staff is kind, knowledgable, and thoughtful.
