Super confused- usually have great service and am a customer but have been emailing & calling the past couple of months with no response for I’m not sure what reason? When I tried to message on instagram for the first time today- they randomly blocked me? We have always been very kind with each other & if there some sort of issue ( not sure why there would be)?, not a very professional way to go about it at alll..? Could have just responded..
Today I had the combo sylfirm X and aerolase combo to help combat my rosacea, acne and brown spots that are starting to appear. The treatment was great, and only hours later, I can see it working, and pigments coming to the surface. It started pouring rain when I left and Michele offered me her umbrella to get back to my car. Great service, above and beyond!
