Very disappointed. The customer service was awful. I emailed Danen, called 10+ times, and left 2 voicemails over the course of 7 days, trying to get questions answered before submitting the order for my photos. He never once responded to any form of communication. I then had to find him on his personal Facebook page (because all other efforts to contact him failed), and message him to get my questions answered.
