I lost 20 pounds with Danee's program and honestly say it is the healthiest way to lose weight (and I have tried virtually all the others in my lifetime, along with extreme exercising), As a vegetarian and an older woman, it was more of a challenge, but I feel wonderful, thanks to Danee's expertise, caring and extensive knowledge.
