Not only did Josh make me look like a movie star with a headshot that completely exceeded my expectations, but his service was absolutely above and beyond. He advised me on how to use various dimensions for different applications, like email signatures, and when to use a frame, and when not to. He has answered all my questions with competence and patience. His expertise on technical application is exceeded only by his very impressive aesthetic instincts. Getting a professional headshot was outside of my comfort zone. I let Josh know what I wanted the photos to convey, and he took care of the rest. He worked around my schedule, gave tips for dressing and looking my best, and he gave specific feedback during the shoot to get pics that captured a more natural smile while getting the quality where I wanted it. The final shots he provided me don't look like a yearbook picture and they don't look like like something I could have gotten from a hobbyist.
