Quick check up for minor gum pain issue As usual, everything about my experience with your office was excellent. My initial call requesint to be seen sometime today was received with concern and addressed immediately. Within approximately 20 minutes of my initial call, I was called back and given an appointment within the next few hours. Always a Pleasure I actually made a poin to tell the dental assistant who attended to me that each and every time I have come to the office it has actually been a pleasurable experience. I appreciate that appointment times are respected and have never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen. The front office staff is just as friendly and professional as the dental staff who work in my mouth. Progress! I had previously been unable to complete a treatment plan with a prior dental practice. I was not comfortable there and they were causing my dental phobia to increase rapidly due to painful exams and an overall unpleasant experience.
