I contacted this clinic by phone on 05/03/25 and was initially met with a polite response. I inquired about completing a bulk-billed phototherapy treatment, explaining that I had already invested significantly with my specialist in Preston and was looking for a more accessible option closer to home. When I asked about referral fees, the receptionist quoted $170. Dr Rebecca Nguyen is everything you want in a dermatologist. She listened, was very empathetic and understanding towards the intense pain I have been suffering from severe eczema. Would recommend to see her!
