My experience here was great, Professor Gilmore resolved an issue many doctors and dermatologists before him couldnt. Positively identified it on my first consult, we tried a few different treatments until the final treatment worked - which was the more extreme one, but glad the issue is resolved. On my first visit, I was charged $295 for a brief five-minute appointment, during which the doctor only assessed my son’s condition and scheduled a follow-up for the actual treatment. This initial visit was both costly and brief, with no clear outcome. On the follow-up visit, the treatment was even more troubling. I contacted this clinic by phone on 05/03/25 and was initially met with a polite response. I inquired about completing a bulk-billed phototherapy treatment, explaining that I had already invested significantly with my specialist in Preston and was looking for a more accessible option closer to home. When I asked about referral fees, the receptionist quoted $170.
