Had a horrible experience with this company as a passenger. The driver stopped in the middle of the road and reversed because they missed their turn. I don't know how some people have a license?! I asked for a car or SUV, they ignored me and gave me a wheelchair accessible van which I specifically asked not to have. They told me they would be be here at a specific time but they weren't. I've had to wait almost 2 hours for a ride home. Almost came close to not having a ride home at all. I have no one else I could call to pick... read more
Followed DC-14 north bound from Hickman road on 30th street. From Hickman to the VA hospital, I observed driver cross yellow line at least a dozen curbs and struck curb on right side 4 times. Couldn't tell if person was transporting at time. But if had a passenger I would feel sorry for them. Wouldn't recommend using service based on what I observed

Terrifying drivers! Old blonde lady driving a Dancom badged minivan with the license plate starting with LHR- (or close to that) was driving like a maniac! First she's going 20 under on the ramp from i-80w to i-235, then cuts across all lanes of traffic as soon as she's off the ramp, forgets she needs off at Euclid and pulls the same move to get back over. Flipping people off the whole time! Cut one guy off he had to go into the shoulder, and when he's sitting behind her at the red light she's continuing to give him the doub... read more
