driver was weaving in and out of traffic, cut across 3 lanes of traffic. Refused to load my walker. Was doing 80 on the interstate. 40 in town and in school district. Got off on wrong exit. Was holding me hostage because he wanted to make calls to you, my insurance etc vs drop me off. He got off at 86th st exit. I recorded him snapping his fingers at me. Had one of their drivers cut me off turning right on 50th St after light turned green .didn't even look as he came across in front of me .. basically 2 lanes to get all the way left .. probably should have been in my lane before the turn ..I had to slam on my brakes ..I took a picture of his vehicle after the incident..the rear was all smashed in .. apparently not the first time ..

Had a horrible experience with this company as a passenger. The driver stopped in the middle of the road and reversed because they missed their turn. I don't know how some people have a license?! I asked for a car or SUV, they ignored me and gave me a wheelchair accessible van which I specifically asked not to have. They told me they would be be here at a specific time but they weren't. I've had to wait almost 2 hours for a ride home. Almost came close to not having a ride home at all. I have no one else I could call to pick... read more
Followed DC-14 north bound from Hickman road on 30th street. From Hickman to the VA hospital, I observed driver cross yellow line at least a dozen curbs and struck curb on right side 4 times. Couldn't tell if person was transporting at time. But if had a passenger I would feel sorry for them. Wouldn't recommend using service based on what I observed
