We recently returned home after our first cruise to discover our A/C wasn't working. We called Danco and discovered our 8 year old A/C unit was installed, using the old Freon. Since both outside and inside units must use same Freon, we ended up having to replace both units as the second option given to us by Danco was not the way we chose to go. We have 2 units. Had them out to replace a thermistor in December on one of our units. At that time both thermostats were saying the thermistor was bad, though only one unit was out. I asked if both thermistors should be replaced. They insisted on only replacing one since the other unit was running fine at the time. Well it’s 6 months later and now I’ve got to pay for another service call and labor to get the 2nd thermistor replaced.

Wow, great work Danco team! The whole crew is knowledgeable and professional from the office staff to the sales team to the installation crew. Our installation crew worked hard and with attention to detail from the time they arrived until they left over 12 hours later. Thank you!

Very nice people, gave me notice when they were on the way. Terry Waldrop did my generator maintenance and I was very impressed. He explained everything he did, answered all my questions, and I learned a lot about my generator. I'll definitely have them come out every year from now on to maintain it.
